1. Processing Time

Orders are processed within 2–3 business days (Monday to Friday).

 Once your order has been processed, it is prepared and shipped from our warehouse and fulfilment partners.

Processing times may be slightly longer during holidays or promotional periods.

Total estimated delivery time:
You can expect to receive your order within 5–7 business days.

Additional information:
All orders are quality-checked and securely packaged before shipping to ensure the best possible experience.

Delivery times are estimates and exclude weekends and public holidays. Delays caused by carriers or customs processing are beyond our control.

We aim to deliver all orders within the estimated timeframe and keep customers informed throughout the process.

3. Shipping Costs

Shipping fees for UK orders:

  • Standard Shipping (UK): £3.99

  • Free Shipping on all orders over £24.99

Free shipping is automatically applied at checkout when the order total exceeds £24.99.

4. Customs, Duties & Taxes

All prices are displayed in GBP (£).

No additional customs duties apply to UK orders.

5. Tracking Information

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details.

If you have not received tracking information within 3 business days after dispatch,  please contact us at sazco@sazvian.uk.

6. Undelivered or Lost Packages

If a package is delayed, lost, or shows no tracking updates for more than 10–14 business days, we will investigate the issue with the carrier.

Confirmed lost orders will be reshipped or refunded in accordance with our  Return & refund policy

7. Address Errors

Please ensure that your shipping address is correct and complete at checkout.

We are not responsible for delays caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer, but we will do our best to assist in resolving the issue.
