This Return & Refund Policy applies to purchases made on SAZVIAN.

1) Return window

You have 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.

2) Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition as received: unused, unworn, with all tags attached, and in the original packaging. You’ll also need your order number or proof of purchase.

Hygiene notice (hair products):
For health and safety reasons, hair extensions, wigs, ponytails and similar items cannot be returned if the hygiene seal has been broken, the product has been worn, tried on, combed, installed, or removed from its original packaging.

3) How to start a return

Please email sazco@sazvian.uk with your order number and the reason for return (photos may be requested if the item is damaged or incorrect).

All eligible returns are accepted in accordance with this policy.

Returned items must be sent to the address above.

Please contact us before returning your item so we can provide the correct return instructions.

4) Return shipping costs

    • If the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect: we will provide a prepaid return label or reimburse reasonable return postage once approved.

    • If you changed your mind or ordered the wrong item: return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

    For returns under the UK 14-day cooling-off period, return shipping costs may be the customer’s responsibility unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

5) Exchanges

Exchanges are subject to stock availability. Please contact us with your order number and the item you would like instead. Once the original item is received and inspected, the replacement will be shipped.

6) Items that can’t be returned

  • Opened or used hair extensions, wigs, ponytails, or items with broken hygiene seals;

  • Custom or made-to-order items;

  • Final-sale items and gift cards;

  • Hazardous goods (where applicable).

7) Damages & issues

Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us as soon as possible if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect so we can resolve the issue promptly.

8) Your right to cancel (UK 14-day cooling-off)

Under the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel most online orders within 14 days of delivery.

This right does not apply to sealed goods that are not suitable for return for health protection reasons once unsealed (such as hair products with removed hygiene seals).

9) Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Your bank or card issuer may take additional time to process the refund.
