Order Processing

  • All orders are processed within 1–3 business days.

  • You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been shipped.


Shipping & Delivery

  • Delivery time (UK): 5–7 business days.

  • Shipping cost:  Are calculated at checkout based on your order and delivery location.

  • Free delivery on all orders over £24.99.

  • Tracking information is sent automatically to your email once your order has been dispatched.


Returns & Refunds

  • You can request a return within 30 days of delivery.

  • To start a return, contact us via the Contact page with your order number and reason for return.

  • Once your return is approved, we’ll provide instructions for sending your item back.

  • Refunds are processed within 3–5 business days after we receive your return.

Payments

  • We accept Visa, Mastercard, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and other secure payment methods.

  • All prices are shown in GBP (£). Any applicable taxes or duties will be displayed at checkout if required.

  • Our products are made using premium synthetic fibres or, where specified, human hair.

  • Colours and textures may slightly vary depending on screen settings and lighting.
